- Households consuming up to 200 electricity units per month, based on June 2024 billing, may qualify under Up to 50 Units (Lifeline) and 51–100 Units (Lifeline) categories.
- 0–100 Units (Protected/Unprotected) and 101–200 Units (Protected/Unprotected) domestic consumers are also eligible, as per Eligibility Criteria set by the government.
- Residents of punjab having valid CNIC can apply if they are Domestic consumers with monthly consumption of 200 or less units of electricity.
- Domestic consumers having monthly consumption of up to 200 units under Up to – 50 Units (Life Line), 51-100 Units (Life Line), 0-100 Units (Protected), 0-100 Units (Un-protected), 101-200 Units (Protected), and 101-200 Units (Unprotected) are eligible.
